From the sounds of it, you ride a P2 and if your chicks a tie with that bike, it doesn't sound like she's anything to write home about.

I am going to agree with our Scottish acquaintance here, the bike can slow down with or without a rear brake and having a front one can or cannot effect how fast the rider goes. A lot of the racers at Sea Otter run single crown forks, like the Pike, and seem to break them regardless of the fact that they have a front brake. Plus the course that this guy rode when he broke the fork is fairly smooth and fast without being techy, so I would assume that a front brake wouldn't have mattered much in this case. And last but not least, a witch is a woman who flies around on a broom or someone in a Harry Potter movie. The word you were looking for is the pronoun WHICH.
